• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current state. Items come from use or storage. The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden faults not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders must inspect the lot, the company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Note each bid has its own collection fee; if there are multiple bids, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The lot must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify all potentially relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Utility disconnection: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other utility connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the lot and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.

• – inspect the lot and the information given before bidding

• – bids are binding; there is no exchange or return right

• – the lot is sold as seen, but the seller is responsible for the correctness of the information provided in the listing

• – if the seller does not accept or reject the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid will no longer bind the bidder
