• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days following the instructions for collection and payment sent by email from huutokaupat.com. • 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before buying. Before deciding, always verify any related matters such as vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If a buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the withdrawing buyer the difference between the original offered price and the lower resale price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms before bidding.
