• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. The sale may include vehicles that are inspected, uninspected or with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankrupt estate hands over a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and any lower selling price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
