• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final. Check items carefully before purchasing. Always verify all relevant details before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, device condition and potential hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of items.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 / day + VAT will apply.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the lot and charge the difference between the original and the lower resale price, together with any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
