• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When a vehicle is transferred by the bankruptcy estate, registration may take several weeks. Please bear this in mind when buying a vehicle from an estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may resell the item and will charge the difference between the sale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction and sale terms applicable to this auction before bidding.
