Information provided by the seller
The seller is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the documents related to the property. The seller confirms having given the buyer all information the seller knows and which may be assumed to affect the transaction.

Concluding the sale
The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price and share transfer will take place as agreed in the deed.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax declaration and the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the purchase price excluding debt. The buyer is also responsible for the share registration fee to the property manager’s office (€35).

Withdrawal from the sale

If the winning bidder does not finalise the purchase within the agreed time without a justified reason, they must pay the seller a contractual penalty of €300. This penalty covers administrative costs, possible resale expenses and any loss suffered by the seller. If the penalty is not paid voluntarily, it may be recovered through legal action or transferred to a collection agency.
