The property is sold by increase bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 7 May 2026 and 21 May 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 21 May 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system performance. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has registered as the highest. The bailiff will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a buyer candidate may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid via the automatic increment. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com portal object number to which the bid relates. The written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 21 May 2026 at 11:00 to the Enforcement Authority, Pori office, address: Ulosottolaitos, Porin toimipaikka, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, Finland, or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.
