Items have been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding The bidder is obliged to inspect the relevant lot, company documents and other paperwork before making an offer. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other utility connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the lot and charge the buyer the difference between the original bid and the lower resale price, plus any agency and collection costs in full with interest.
