The item will be sold in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com site.

The online auction ends on 11 May 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized object is sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer via the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 11 May 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid is accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after the bid is accepted, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer on the same day to the Enforcement Authority's account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. More detailed payment information will be provided to the buyer after the bid has been accepted.

If it is not possible to place a purchase bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increase function. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 6 May 2026 at 12:00 to the address below.

A written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the bid applies.

If it is not possible to bid via Huutokaupat.com, a buyer candidate may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increase function. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 6 May 2026 at 12:00 at the address:
