Inspection of the property

Before bidding, the bidder must inspect the property, documents and papers. The buyer may not afterwards rely on any matter that could have been noticed during the preliminary inspection.

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information they know and that can be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

Payment of the purchase price is made by invoice, which is sent when the offer has been accepted. The purchase price must be paid before the sauna is handed over to the buyer.


Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary acts related to the sale, €500.
