The sauna is new — just add the stones to the stove and start using it.

Can be used as is, for example sited on tiles or stones, or you can build more substantial foundations underneath. The sauna has transport battens in place which can be left in position or removed if you install, for example, concrete foundations.

12 V LED lighting — can run from a battery or you can fit a separate 12 V transformer if connecting to the mains.

Wood‑burning stove Stoveman 13R+ with steel flue and 18 l water tank (incl. stove stones)

Benches in alder (approx. 2400 mm long), lower bench fitted under the upper bench providing useful storage space for buckets etc.

The sauna is dimensioned for load‑bearing structures and therefore meets building requirements across Finland (snow loads).

Insulated with Hunton wood‑fibre insulation, with Hunton wind‑protection board as the wind barrier and vapour‑control papers inside — the structures are breathable and dry well.

The sauna floor has falls, a raised coin‑mat on the wall and a floor drain with the drain pipe routed out through the end of the building (in the base). The floor is insulated so it can be used all year without cold feet or water freezing on the floor.

There is a large opening window and two ventilation vents.

Pickup from Kempele or delivery by lorry at extra cost. Dimensions approx. L 4.7 m × W 3.2 m × H 3.2 m (eaves approx. 3.5 m — so it travels without escort vehicles).
