The item has been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the relevant lot, company documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been noted during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The sold item carries no seller’s warranty, exchange or return right. All offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com by email. Note that each bid may have its own collection fee; if there are several bids, collection fees must be paid for each. • 🔕 Origin of goods Items come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: Buyers are responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If a buyer withdraws from the purchase the seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, plus any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
