• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The seller has described and photographed the lot for the sale listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may be hidden faults that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the lot Bidders must inspect the lot, any company documents and other records before placing an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty, exchange or return rights from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own pick-up fee; if you win multiple lots, the pick-up fee must be paid for each. The pick-up fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. • 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate—please consider this when bidding. The items are not new so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so please check items carefully before purchase. Please always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and any hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late pick-up fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged for overdue collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller will re-sell the lot and charge the buyer the difference between the resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
