• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use in their current condition. Goods are from use or storage. The item has been described by the seller for the lot listing. The product has not been inspected by a professional, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the item, the company documents and related paperwork before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been observed during the pre‑inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact the seller. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Please always check any relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the full difference between the new, lower sale price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms before bidding.

• inspect the item and the provided information before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no right of exchange or return

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not accept or reject the highest bid within two (2) working days after the auction ends, the bid no longer binds the bidder
