• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use in their current condition. Items come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed and described by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the item, company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer may not later claim an issue that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item for sale has no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 🔕 Products The items originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify all relevant matters before making a purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and any possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they pass to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions that apply to this auction before bidding.
