• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use in their current condition. The goods come from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders must, before placing an offer, familiarise themselves with the item, related company documents and documents. The buyer cannot later claim any matter that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before buying. Please always check any matters related to the purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, device condition, and potential hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms that apply to this auction before placing an offer.
