BMW with high mileage up for auction. Well-equipped and otherwise a responsive-feeling X5, but an unfortunate gearbox fault occurred... When driving, between 4th and 5th gear the car jerks and then goes into fault mode. After switching the vehicle off the fault clears and the car runs normally until it's necessary to select 5th gear again. This was not investigated further.
With a little work from a professional, still a good car!
During a short test drive we made the following observations
