The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. As the product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, there may be hidden defects not apparent at the time of listing.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify related matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the (lower) resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full plus interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the sales conditions before bidding.
