The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by a condition assessor, so there may be hidden faults not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection: The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the item and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the preliminary inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and MOT information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. • 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
