Good underneath, a few small repairs done for the inspection


Faults: The gearbox may occasionally go into fault mode; fault codes point to the wiring plate. The valve-cover gasket is slightly weeping and a new gasket will be included. The wiper blade has partially come off its mounting. The prop shaft vibrates a little when setting off. Fluids have never needed topping up; everything stays where it should.


Two sets of tyres: summer set on the pictured 19-inch wheels with tyres renewed last summer. Winter tyres on some aluminium wheels with decent tyres and some spacers fitted.


The rear silencer has been removed and the regulator adapted to a feed pump, which can provide more than enough supply if desired.


The rear boot operates hydraulically and opens/closes from the cabin.


Typical filler/paint issues on the roof — they haven't bothered me and are probably not hard to repair.

Defects and other observations

Modifications have been detected in the engine programming or exhaust systems, which means the vehicle is not roadworthy. Wiper blade partially detached from its mount, gearbox occasionally goes into fault mode, prop shaft support bearing vibrates slightly when starting off.


The vehicle failed its periodic inspection on 9 February 2026.

  • Left front headlight does not work. A repair notice was issued and this must be corrected by 9 March 2026.

  • The left rear wheel-arch housing has rust damage around the jacking point and the rear area, which led to the failure.

  • Right-side underbody housings and the floor plate have rust damage beside the sill trim, which caused the failure.

  • The right rear longitudinal sill box has rust damage, and this caused the failure.

  • Additionally, there are several rust damages on the chassis that can be repaired by welding. This also led to the vehicle being failed.
