The item is sold in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 04/05/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized object is sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 04/05/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Execution Act.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price starts when the bid has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after the bid is accepted, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer the same day to the Enforcement Authority's blocked account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. Detailed payment instructions will be provided to the buyer after acceptance of the bid.

If it is not possible to submit an offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted no later than 29/04/2026 at 12:00 in writing to the Enforcement Authority at:

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment.
