Seized MV‑Marin 5400 motorboat and Suzuki outboard motor DF90 TL, Turku

The item will be sold in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 22 April 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected will be decided separately.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may give rise to the buyer's liability to compensate under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid is accepted. Payment is to be made by bank transfer. The Enforcement Officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after the bid is accepted, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer on the same day to the Enforcement Authority's official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. Detailed payment instructions will be provided to the buyer after the bid is accepted.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the Enforcement Officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid under the automatic increment system. The written offer must be delivered no later than 17 April 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at:

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer applies.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the Enforcement Officer, in accordance with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code where applicable. The sales prospectus is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the item for sale.

The item is to be collected after payment of the purchase price. Collection must be arranged separately with the Senior Enforcement Inspector.
