The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 31 March–12 April 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 20:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the deadline for submitting bids if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability to compensate under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid is accepted. Payment shall be made by bank transfer. After the auction ends the Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions on payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. If no such information is given, the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer under Chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
