The lot will be sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 17 April 2026 at 12:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 17 April 2026 at 12:00 or three minutes after the last offer. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment must be made by bank transfer.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after the bid is accepted, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer on the same day to the Enforcement Authority’s official escrow account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. Further payment details will be given to the buyer after acceptance of the bid.

If it is not possible to submit an offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may send a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the auto‑increase function. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 15 April 2026 at 12:00 to the address

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.
