The seized item is sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 8 June 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the final purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment time. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment must be made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest auction bid. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after acceptance and on the same day, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. Further payment details will be provided to the buyer after the bid is accepted.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the increment automation. The offer must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 4 June 2026 at 16:15 to the address

The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment.
