• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The lot has been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects that were not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Viewing the lot The bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the lot, the company's documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot afterwards rely on matters that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each auction has its own collection fee; if you win multiple auctions, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is visible in the "delivery methods and fees" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible value-added tax, nor is VAT added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and deficiencies may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before making a purchase decision. Always check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment, and potential hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Sales may include vehicles that are inspected, uninspected or may have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the full difference between the higher offered price and the lower resale price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction's applicable auction terms and sales conditions before placing a bid.

• offers are binding, and there is no right to exchange or return

• the lot is sold as seen, but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the listing
