The goods come from use or storage and were photographed by the seller for the listing. As no independent inspection has been carried out, there may be latent defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the property, the company documents and related paperwork before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on anything that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Offers are binding.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. The items are not new and may have defects and missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so inspect items carefully before purchase. Please check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale before placing a bid.

Please note that:

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing
