• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition expert, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders must inspect the item, the building documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been seen during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or refund from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Note that each auction has its own collection fee; if there are multiple bids, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. • 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Always check any related matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer in full to the new owner. The sale may include inspected, uninspected or tax-unpaid vehicles.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. For overdue collection a fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the full difference between the original and the new (lower) price and any agent and recovery costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction's applicable terms and conditions and the terms of sale before bidding.
