• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from the shop or storage. The seller has photographed the item for the listing. As the product has not been examined by an inspector, there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection The bidder must, before placing a bid, examine the premises, company documents and related papers. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no seller warranty, exchange or return right for the item. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by Huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win several lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include recoverable VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products Items originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new, so faults and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check all potentially relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sale terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible that the information given in the listing is correct
