The building was constructed according to the building regulations and standards in force at the time of construction and may not meet current requirements and standards, e.g. in its structure, thermal insulation, ventilation or waterproofing. Due to its age, use and the construction methods of its time, the building may contain defects.

This auction sells only the modular unit building, not the plot or anything else.

The buyer must, at their own cost and on their own initiative, remove the modular unit building from the property.

Electricity and water connections to the property have been disconnected.

The units are 3.5 metres wide, so they will be transported as overwide loads with lights.

Lightly screwed together, easy to dismantle.

The unit bases have metal rails and lifting loops; they rest on 6x6 timber beams.

Contrary to the photos, appliances and electric heaters have been removed from the property.

The building must be removed by 15/05/2026.
