• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from a shop or warehouse. The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. As the product has not been inspected by a qualified condition inspector, there may be latent defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the premises and any company documents and records related to the lot before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item has no seller warranty, exchange or return right. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email by huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, you must pay the collection fee for each lot. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The items are not new, so faults and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Always verify all matters related to your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of items: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full, including interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before bidding.
