Cultivation land for rent: Lastenlinna, Pälkäne

The Municipality of Pälkäne offers municipal-owned cultivable land in the town centre for agricultural use.

The lease is valid 1 May 2026 - 31 December 2030.

The area for rent comprises the field parcel:

• 6350079031, Lastenlinnantie, 0.94 ha

Bids are to be made in euros / year.

The annual rent is fixed for the contract period.

There is a commercial plot for sale on the Lastenlinnantie field. If the plot is sold during the lease term, the municipality has the right to terminate the agreement under the conditions set out therein.

The fields are rented in their current condition. The municipality does not have information on possible drainage or previous soil fertility of the fields.

Leases will be signed as soon as possible after the auction closes and the following terms will be included in the agreement:

1. The tenant agrees to cultivate the leased main parcels for the entire lease term in accordance with the conditions of environmental support and natural handicap compensation schemes and to keep the leased parcels eligible for these supports by applying for them annually.

2. The tenant is obliged to maintain any ditches and culverts located on the leased area during the lease period.

3. The tenant does not have the right to transfer the leasehold to a third party without the municipality's written consent, except in the case of generational change.

4. The lessor has the right to give notice to terminate this agreement in whole or in part at the end of each calendar year by notifying the tenant by the end of October, unless otherwise agreed. The condition is that the area or part of it is needed for uses other than those under this lease agreement, for example for building under a local detailed plan. The lessor is obliged to pay reasonable compensation for sowings that have become useless prior to the notice of termination.
