The enforcement authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has registered as highest. However, the enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction.

The written bid must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 09 April 2026 at 12:00 to the address Ulosottolaitos/Pori, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written bid.
