Offers must be made by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the offer the seller has accepted as highest. You may also participate in the auction in person on site by submitting an offer to the seller. The seller and buyer commit to recording all offers in the system. The bidder accepts these terms of sale when placing a bid.

Inspection of the property

The bidder has, before making an offer, the obligation to inspect the apartment in question, and the company documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed in a preliminary inspection.

Seller's information

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of documents related to the property. The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to them that might be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale are agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price and the transfer of the share take place at the signing of the deed.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not take place due to the bidder, the seller has the right to compensation for false bidding and disruption of business of at least €250 or, if the purchase price exceeds €2,500, then 10% of the bid purchase price. NOTE! This invoice is enforceable)
