• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use in their current condition. Items are from active use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden faults may exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding The bidder has a duty to inspect the lot and any company documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no seller warranty, exchange or return right for the item. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Note that each winning bid has its own pickup fee; if there are multiple wins, a pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the “delivery methods and charges” section on the listing page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before pickup or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Always verify any matters related to your purchase decision, such as vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. The sale includes vehicles that may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the full difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the conditions of sale applicable to this auction before making an offer.

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold as is, but the seller confirms that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction closing, the bid will no longer bind the bidder
