• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been professionally inspected. They are sold directly from use or storage in their current condition. The seller has photographed the item for the listing. The item has not been checked by a condition inspector, so hidden faults that were not noticed when the listing was made may exist.

• 👓 Inspecting the item Prospective bidders must inspect the item, related documents and any relevant materials before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or right of return provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com by email. Note that each successful bid has its own pickup fee; if you have multiple wins, the pickup fee must be paid for each. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always verify all relevant details before making a purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection status using Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for collecting and loading the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If a buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• bids are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

• the item is sold "as is" but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing
