Terms of Sale

The property has been seized and is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must pay the full purchase price immediately.
