The property is subject to a price reservation. The bidding competition will be held on the Huutokaupat.com website. The bidding starts on 2 March 2026 at 06:00 and ends on 20 April 2026 at 19:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Bids must be submitted through the bidding competition on the Huutokaupat.com website. Other offers will not be considered.
Tuusula municipality reserves the right to accept or reject submitted bids. The seller is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The seller reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.
The property is sold in its current condition and with the equipment stated in the announcement and as at the time of sale. Before making a binding bid the bidder is obliged to inspect the property and the documents. The buyer cannot later refer to something that could have been observed during the inspection or from the documents.
The purchase price must be paid in full as a one-off payment against an invoice sent by Tuusula municipality. The purchase sum must be paid before signing the deed of sale. The deed of sale will be signed when the sales decision concerning the transfer of the property has become legally valid. The deed of sale must be signed during the validity of the sales decision.
Schedule in brief:
· Auction ends 20 April 2026 at 19:00
· Signing of the deed of sale no earlier than about 2 months after the auction ends. This time is not binding on the municipality.
· The purchase sum must be paid before signing the deed of sale.
Tuusula municipality prepares the deed of sale and sets the terms of the sale and transfer. The draft deed of sale and its terms, attached as appendices, can be reviewed before submitting a bid.
The deed of sale must be signed after the sales decision on the transfer of the property has become legally valid and during its validity, unless the municipality decides otherwise. If the bidder refuses to complete the purchase or the deed of sale is not signed in accordance with the terms, Tuusula municipality has the right to reject the bid and charge the bidder reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the sale (Land Code, compensation for withdrawal from the sale, Chapter 2, Section 8).
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 3% of the debt-free purchase price.
By participating in this bidding competition the buyer confirms having reviewed the information presented about the property and accepts the deed of sale and its terms to be signed by the parties. The buyer's bid is the buyer's commitment to purchase the property and the buyer confirms that the financing required for the purchase has been arranged.
