Toyota Corolla that has been in the same family for over ten years: first with my grandmother, then my uncle and now me. Bought originally from Porvoon Autotarvike.

The inspection expired and the car failed the inspection due to rust damage (see last photo).

I have used the car for commuting and have been repairing it for inspection over the last couple of years.

I have run out of patience with this car, so I am letting it go.

The car runs fine and the inspection is valid until 10.04.2026, so you can come and test-drive it at your leisure.

If you have a lift or similar and want to check the underside, that is fine.

Next, the faults the car has (the last photo also shows the inspection list):

- The engine stutters between 1,000–2,000 rpm when you floor it.
I don't know the cause and haven't investigated it as it hasn't affected my use.
Otherwise the car is mechanically fine, and the gearbox shifts well.
- The air conditioning does not work; it blows cold briefly if recharged, but it apparently leaks refrigerant.
- I believe the left indicator does not work through the trailer socket when towing a trailer.
- The outer plastic covers of the side mirrors are missing, and a piece of the tailgate plastic has broken off, apparently from trying to open the tailgate in freezing conditions.
- The left rear door was pushed in during a collision while my uncle owned the car; I replaced it with a same‑colour door and it functions normally, but it is slightly stiffer than the other doors.

- Rust damage on the wheel arches and exterior, and from underneath at the rear there are two large holes; the fuel tank is also rusted, as are the rear brake lines.

Then the good points:

- The car has almost‑new studless winter tyres on steel wheels.

- The radio works
- Seat heaters work
- ISOFIX
- Mirror controls etc. work

The car drives stably, starts well in all cold conditions, shifts well and is economical to run.

The body requires work due to rust.
