The plot is applied for through the Huutokaupat.com service.

The price bid in Huutokaupat.com is the price for the plot's land.

1. Starting prices for plots are based on the following square-metre prices:

• Kalliokaari - €15/m²

• Vähäjoentie, Muottikuja, Ketokuja, Loppistentie and Kohisevantie - €7/m²

• Kiirulantie, Sananjalka and Rentukka - no base price

2. The minimum increment at auction is €500.

3. The winning bid is binding on the bidder. The city undertakes to transfer the plot to the highest bidder.

4. The reservation fee is €500 and it will be credited against the purchase price. The reservation fee is also credited if a leased plot is sold. The reservation is valid for 6 months. The reservation period starts when the plot is ready to be transferred. No extension of the reservation period will be granted without special reasons.

5. As a connection charge for municipal engineering, a fee of €10 per k-m² shown in the plot's plan will be charged.

6. The annual ground rent for a plot is 5% of the land price bid at auction. The rent is tied to the cost-of-living index and is adjusted at the turn of the year according to the most recently published index.

7. The lease term is 50 years.

8. A leased plot can be purchased. The purchase price is the land price that was bid. As a reduction of the purchase price, 20% of the rents paid is credited, but not more than half of the sale price.

9. The City of Paimio will apply to the National Land Survey for the plot formation. The partitioning fee will be added to the purchase price according to the price in force at the time of partitioning.

10. The buyer pays the official confirmation fee.

11. A building permit must be applied for within two years of the transfer of the plot. If construction is not carried out by the plot holder during the validity of the building permit, the city has the right to charge a contractual penalty. However, the lessee or buyer has the right to transfer ownership or lease rights of an undeveloped plot to a third party, provided that the deed of sale specifies the buildings to be constructed on the plot.

12. The plot is sold/leased as it is at the time of sale. The buyer/lessee declares that they have inspected the object of the sale, relevant planning and other regulations, building conditions and documents.

13. The plot is transferred free of encumbrances and charges, excluding planning easements.

14. The plot is transferred free of mortgages.

15. The buyer/lessee must comply with the approved building guidelines for the area in construction.

16. The contractual penalty equals the land price determined by the winning auction bid.
