1. The starting prices of the plots are based on the following square metre prices:

2. The minimum increment in the auction is €500.
3. The winning bid is binding on the bidder. The city undertakes to transfer the plot to the highest bidder.
4. The reservation fee charged on booking the plot is €500 and it will be credited against the purchase price. The reservation fee is also credited when a leased plot is sold. The reservation is valid for 6 months. The reservation period begins when the plot is ready to be transferred. An extension to the reservation period is not granted without special reasons.
5. As a municipal engineering construction charge a €10 per k-m² shown in the plot plan is charged.
6. The annual ground rent is 5% of the auctioned land price. The rent is linked to the cost-of-living index and is reviewed at the turn of the year according to the most recently published index.
7. The lease term is 50 years.
