1. Starting prices for plots are based on the following unit prices:

  • Kalliokaari - €15/m²

  • Vähäjoentie, Muottikuja, Ketokuja, Loppistentie and Kohisevantie - €7/m²

  • Kiirulantie, Sananjalka and Rentukka - no base price

2. The minimum increment in the auction is €500.

3. The winning bid is binding on the bidder. The city undertakes to transfer the plot to the highest bidder.

4. The reservation fee charged when reserving a plot is €500 and will be credited against the purchase price. The reservation fee is also credited in the sale of a leased plot. The reservation is valid for 6 months. The reservation period starts when the plot is ready to be handed over. An extension of the reservation period will not be granted without special reasons.

5. A technical infrastructure construction fee of €10 per k-m² shown in the plot's plan will be charged.

6. The annual ground rent of the plot is 5% of the land price bid at auction. The rent is tied to the cost-of-living index and is adjusted at the turn of the year according to the most recently published index.

7. The lease period is 50 years.

8. A leased plot may be purchased. The purchase price is the land price bid. As a deduction from the purchase price, 20% of paid rents are credited, but not more than half of the sale price.

9. The City of Paimio will apply for property formation from the National Land Survey. The partitioning fee will be added to the purchase price according to the fee in force at the time of partitioning.

10. The buyer pays the deed authentication fee.

11. A building permit must be applied for within two years of the plot's transfer. If construction is not carried out by the holder during the permit's validity, the city has the right to impose a contractual penalty. However, the tenant or buyer has the right to transfer ownership or the lease right of an unbuilt plot to a third party, provided the deed specifies the buildings to be constructed on the plot.
