Offers must be made by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. You may also participate in the auction in person by leaving an offer with the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property

Before making an offer, the bidder has a duty to inspect the apartment and the company documents. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

Seller's information

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and currency of documents related to the property. The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information the seller knows and that can be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price and transfer of shares take place at the signing of the contract.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale fails to complete due to the bidder, the seller has the right to compensation for a false bid and disruption of business of at least €250, or if the sale price exceeds €2,500, 10% of the bid sale price. NOTE! This invoice is enforceable.
