CNC milling machine Conect 3D, XYZ 500x500x100 mm, 800 W, Lahti

CNC milling machine built with professional Bosch Automation mechanics for machining soft materials such as wood, engineered boards and various plastics — capable of cutting, drilling and engraving.

The spindle is a new Trend T4 800 W hand router with adjustable speed (11,500–32,000 rpm, manual control). The machine includes interchangeable collet chucks for Ø 6 mm, Ø 8 mm and 1/4” shanks. Collets Ø 3 mm and Ø 1/8” are available separately.

Machine dimensions (approx.): Width: 1400 mm, depth: 900 mm and height: 1670 mm. Weight 90 kg. Fitted with braked castors. Beneath the machine is a compartment with a sliding door and a ventilated mesh floor for extraction. The compartment is suitable for a dust extractor.

This machine arrived to us directly from the manufacturer in England but was returned unused by a Finnish customer due to an electronics/software fault and replaced under warranty with a different machine. The machine has been stored by us for a long time at room temperature and protected. The electronics and user interface were fully renewed in early 2026 by our partner to meet current standards.

Stepper motors are original: Astrosyn L281.

After the software and hardware update several test runs have been carried out and the machine has been found to operate faultlessly.

The sale includes the old but working computer used during testing, with the control software installed so the buyer can immediately test and operate the mill. The buyer may replace the computer with their own and reinstall the control software if desired.

Note that the original control panel shown in the photos has been decommissioned except for the main switch and the emergency stop; it has been left in place should the future owner wish to reuse its functions. The AXBB-E controller includes several spare inputs and outputs for custom implementations. An additional I/O card has been fitted, with all connections available (10 inputs and 11 outputs) for custom applications. This makes the machine excellent also for hobbyists interested in electronics and building.

The machine is sold used, although it is practically unused, having only been run for tests after the upgrades. It is based on an older warranty replacement machine whose mechanics are original and flawless, but which had electronics/software faults; the controller components, software and spindle have been completely replaced and are now functioning and up to current standards. The machine is therefore nearly equivalent to new. It is sold as seen at the time of sale; there is no right of return and no warranty. Bidders are expected to inspect the machine beforehand and confirm it is operational, as completed sales cannot be cancelled.

By appointment it is possible to view the machine generally on weekdays between 08:00 and 16:00, and the machine can be inspected more thoroughly on Monday 2 March 2026 from 16:00 to 18:00 with guidance from the builder, when it will also be possible to operate it.

The buyer may purchase user training on the machine and software from the builder before collection or possibly at the time of collection. Paid telephone support is also available later.
