The lot is sold by increment bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 18 February 2026 - 15 March 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 15 March 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the provider's system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 12 March 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Pori office, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as for the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer applies. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting the written offer.

The properties are jointly mortgaged. Under section 61 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, properties that are jointly subject to a lien belonging to the debtor are offered first together and then separately. Separate offers will be accepted if they exceed the joint offer or if the debtor requests it and all preferential claims and the applicant's claim are covered.

As a result, two separate bidding procedures will be arranged for the properties. The enforcement officer offers the jointly mortgaged properties to be sold together on www.huutokaupat.com. Separate offers cannot be submitted electronically on www.huutokaupat.com. Any separate offers for the properties must be submitted in writing by 16 March 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority office, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written purchase offer.

Separate offers must identify the property by its property identification number. Submitted separate offers will not be published separately. If separate offers are accepted, the sale will be governed by the terms of this sales brochure.
