The property will be sold by incremental bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 13 February 2026 - 12 March 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 08 March 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The written bid must be submitted no later than 10 March 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Pori office, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase bid is binding and subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written bid.
