The deadline for submitting offers expires on 10 March 2026 at 10:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Offers placed in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make an offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. Submission of a written offer must be agreed in advance with the enforcement officer and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority, Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 06 March 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.
The Enforcement Authority may at its discretion extend the deadline for submitting offers.

The buyer is responsible for any charges related to the transfer of subscription agreements.

The foreclosed property is sold in an online auction with automatic increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 10 March 2026 at 10:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer accepted to the auction has been made.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 06 March 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.

A written bid is binding and the same conditions apply to it as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the number of the lot in the huutokaupat.com service to which the bid refers.
