Offers must be made by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as the highest. Please do not bid if you do not intend to complete the purchase! The seller and buyer commit to recording all offers in the system. The bidder accepts all terms of sale when placing a bid. Timeshare sale contracts are always signed electronically via the Visma service after the auction ends; the seller prepares the contract and sends the signing link to the highest bidder. Bids are binding and the share must be paid to the bank account shown in the contract within 3 days of the auction ending.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not complete due to the bidder's fault, the seller is entitled to compensation for a false bid and disturbance of business of at least €280 or 10% of the highest bid. (NOTE! This invoice is enforceable)

Viewing the property

The bidder must inspect the apartment, the company's documents, and related records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been observed during a prior inspection. Shares are sold with the information given in the listing.

Information provided by the seller

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the documents related to the property. The seller confirms they have given the buyer all information they know and that could reasonably affect the sale. The seller confirms that all charges and other payments due to the company have been paid up to the date of sale. Photos in the listing may not be from the exact apartment but from a similar apartment in the same company. Timeshare sales are always made with a separate sales contract and on the terms stated therein, which the buyer and seller accept by signing.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the purchase price excluding liabilities. The seller will send instructions for the transfer tax payment by email once the purchase price has been paid. The seller will send the contract, a copy of the share certificate transfer notation and proof of transfer tax to the property manager for registration of the share.
