DESCRIPTION

For sale: a company-owned set/stock of boat moulds, a total of 10 moulds. The moulds are located in Rovaniemi and are sold only as a single lot (not sold separately).

All moulds are glass-fibre/polyester. The moulds have been in use for at least about 10 years (also by previous manufacturers), so exact production numbers are not known. Condition varies and several moulds require refurbishment.

DOCUMENTS / LAMINATION RECIPES

Glass-fibre layer schedules and laminating instructions (“recipes”) are included on paper. The amount/consumption of resin depends on conditions (weather, mat used, etc.), so there is no single precise general guideline for it.

NOTE TO BUYER

The moulds have been in use for a long time. The buyer should consider whether it is most economical/safest to refurbish the moulds to production condition or to use them as a base and make completely new moulds, which would give the longest service life.

PICKUP / TRANSPORT

Pickup from Rovaniemi (exact address will be agreed after sale). The buyer is responsible for loading, lifting and organising transport. The seller does not have lifting or transport equipment on site, but there are work machines near both addresses that may be borrowed (availability not guaranteed).

CONDITION AND TERMS

The lot is sold as seen. Viewing/inspection can be arranged before the auction ends.
