The property will be sold by successive bidding in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website during 28 January 2026 – 22 February 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding period ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the agreed payment time. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 19 February 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Lappeenranta office, address Villimiehenkatu 2, 53100 Lappeenranta, or by e-mail to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.
